Job Description

Identify and support field sales efforts in a multi-state territory through clinical and educational customer needs assessment, product and procedural training, in-servicing, and follow-up. Link clinical practice with products and programs. Build strategic alliances with customers and sales representatives to execute successful value-added programs.

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the development and improvement of products by providing customer insights for process enhancement.
2. Support sales efforts through clinical needs assessment, product training, and follow-up, including providing educational materials and research articles.
3. Maintain expertise on Skin Health products, focusing on specific clinical specialties.
4. Collaborate with sales teams to identify targets and achieve goals.
5. Communicate field activities and account information to management.
6. Participate in project teams, committees, and meetings to provide clinical input.
7. Engage in educational and promotional activities at trade shows and exhibitions.
8. Stay current with medical literature, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
9. Maintain professional development, licensure, and credentials.
10. Conduct quality investigations and clinical reviews for practice improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Certified CWOCN, CWCN, or CWON
• At least 5 years of clinical bedside experience
• Willing to travel up to 80% across multi-state territories
