These positions offer opportunities to travel across the country, interact with different clinicians, learn about their approaches and challenges, and influence policy and innovation at various facilities.

Job Description

Identify and support field sales efforts in a multi-state territory through clinical and educational customer needs assessments, product and procedural training, in-servicing, and follow-up. Connect clinical practice with products and programs. Build strategic alliances with customers and sales representatives to execute successful value-added programs.

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the development and improvement of products by providing customer insights for process enhancement.
2. Support sales efforts via clinical and educational needs assessments, training, in-servicing, and follow-up, including providing educational materials and clinical research.
3. Develop and maintain expertise on Skin Health products, especially related to specific clinical specialties.
4. Collaborate with sales teams to identify targets and achieve goals.
5. Communicate field activities and account information to management.
6. Participate in project teams, committees, and meetings to provide clinical input.
7. Represent the clinical team at trade shows and promotional activities.
8. Stay updated on medical literature, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and communicate insights internally.
9. Maintain professional development, licensure, and credentials.
10. Conduct quality investigations and clinical reviews to improve practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Certified CWOCN, CWCN, or CWON
3. Minimum of 5 years of bedside clinical experience
4. Willingness to travel up to 75-80% across a multi-state territory
5. Ability to build positive customer relationships and provide clinical feedback
6. Strong business acumen
