We’re looking for an Account Manager who’s passionate about building strong client relationships and uncovering opportunities for growth within their customer base.

Your role at Liquid Web

  • Drive and manage relationships within your assigned book of business leveraging available internal resources, to grow revenue and strengthen Liquid Web’s presence
  • Educate customers on the full breadth of solutions offered by Liquid Web, driving increased wallet share and customer referrals
  • Gain a clear understanding of customer’s business requirements and growth goals and how they align with our product offerings
  • Build and maintain research on current customers relating to organizational structure, brands, channels, and key relationships
  • Prepare client-facing presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
  • Create and maintain a pipeline and corresponding revenue forecasts
  • Work with the Solution Architect team to present solutions that align with Liquid Web’s organizational capabilities and future scalability and drive product adoption
  • Participate in internal territory readouts and feedback sessions

To Succeed: Preferred Skillset & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a quota-bearing role, customer service, or account management
  • Competitive, self-starter motivated by achieving success goals
  • Ability to effectively communicate, present, and credibly influence key decision-makers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in consultative sales, leveraging MEDDPICC
  • Proven ability to manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail
  • Technology-savvy - Quickly develop a core understanding of hardware platforms, cloud computing, and emerging web-hosting/web-application technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience
