Job summary

The American Red Cross in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Account Manager I to attract, manage and retain Sponsor groups and coordinate blood drives to meet collection goals. Travel to diverse counties will be required as part of territory coverage.

You will schedule drives, support sponsor contacts, and ensure a smooth donor experience while maintaining accurate records and adhering to ARCBS directives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum one year of related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including training and presentation abilities.
• Current valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work on a team and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and implement strategies to attract, manage and retain blood drive Sponsors and feeder groups to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual collection goals.
• Schedule blood drives by Sponsors to meet collection goals and ensure donor flow.
• Provide operational support to sponsor contacts to achieve annual goals.
• Coordinate with collections personnel to ensure positive Sponsor and donor experience and smooth operations.
• Schedule and implement education programs for Sponsor contacts, recruitment committees, volunteers, and Telerecruiters to meet collection objectives.
• Develop knowledge of community and demographics to service Sponsor groups and expand the blood program.
• Maintain records in the system to track Sponsor group performance.
