Job summary

A leading service provider in Ohio is seeking an ACCOUNT MANAGER I to enhance customer relationships and resolve service issues. The role includes managing work orders, handling client calls, and providing support to team members. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of relevant experience and is proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Qualifications

• Related experience in Exterior Services and/or Facilities Maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to manage client calls and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers by providing service information and resolving service issues.
• Manages work orders and client relationships alongside teammates.
• Handles minor escalations and develops positive client relationships.
• Review and resolve milestones
• NTS Review and Resolve
• Make client calls
• Prepare and conduct QBRs
• Provide customer reporting
• Follow up on WFA
• Address variances
• Propose OOS > $20,000
• Coordinate warranty programs
• Invoicing and aging tasks
• Snow recon
• Handle internal work orders if needed
• Manage work orders and client relationships with teammates and leadership, including reviewing proposals
• Provide support to team members on service scope and client inquiries
• Assist with daily reporting and updates, collaborating with Account Managers
• Develop positive client relationships, handling minor escalations
• Manage high-visibility work orders
• Step in for Account Manager II / Senior Account Manager when unavailable
• Deliver high-level output and take on additional duties as assigned by leadership

What YOU bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

Two to Four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Previous experience in Exterior Services and/or Facilities Maintenance a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills necessary.
