Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Fairbanks, AK is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental accounts, deliver excellent customer service, and drive account performance while upholding store standards.

You will conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due), arrange deliveries and pickups, build strong customer relationships, and support sales growth with reliable, white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and in customers' homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due).
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account tools.
• Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers' homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
