Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) to meet daily targets.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using management tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Provide white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes.
• Support sales growth by generating new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles and follow safety guidelines.
