Job summary

ADM Ag Services & Oilseeds is seeking an Account Manager, Producer Origination in the Minneapolis/Mankato, MN area. You will cultivate long-term producer relationships to secure supply chains, manage farm-direct grain origination, and collaborate with the commercial and operations teams to meet regional goals.

The role requires strong relationship-building, market analysis, and effective communication to support ADM’s diverse origination and logistics objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or agriculture.
• Excellent oral and written communication; able to collaborate across organization levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Teams).

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain relationships with producer accounts; provide timely market information.
• Assess and manage risk for producer accounts and advise on marketing opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of customer operations related to grain marketing and logistics.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within ADM’s portfolio.
• Support regional Regen Ag programs including data management and tech adoption.
• Communicate competitive advantages and market opportunities to internal stakeholders.
