Job summary

Rent-A-Center in the Madison Park area of North Carolina is hiring an Account Manager. This full-time role focuses on managing rental accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, selling products, driving account performance, completing deliveries and pickups, and maintaining showroom standards.

You will also contribute to sales growth and establish strong customer relationships while upholding RAC values.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups; perform installations as needed.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes; support sales growth.
