Rent-A-Center, Inc. in Hilo, Hawaii, is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive account performance through new rental agreements and timely collections.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided, with opportunities for advancement within the RAC network.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1-6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments utilizing account management tools.
• Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
