Job summary

Cobalt Benefits Group LLC is seeking an Account Manager to help deliver self-funded medical, dental and ancillary benefit solutions. You will liaise between clients and internal teams, manage onboarding, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Reporting to the Director of Client Services, you will develop lasting client relationships, handle inquiries, and contribute to successful benefit program implementations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of equivalent related experience in business.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with TPAs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as internal liaison to manage onboarding and implementation for new client groups.
• Build strong relationships with clients and manage expectations across departments.
• Apply independent judgment to projects related to client onboarding and ongoing support.
• Provide service recommendations related to CBG products and escalate client concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with internal resources to develop client presentations and materials.
