Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive account performance. This full-time role includes completing deliveries and pickups, building strong relationships, and contributing to sales growth.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, hold a high school diploma, have a valid driver’s license, and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection targets.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Provide white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and at customers' homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines.
