The role focuses on building lasting relationships, providing proactive client service, and tracking key metrics while supporting onboarding and integration of new clients. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of account management or relevant professional experience preferred.
• Experience providing client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, distributors, and brokers.
• Coordinate projects and communication between customers and internal departments (Purchasing, R&D, New Product Development, Finance, Manufacturing).
• Understand customer needs and coordinate the timely delivery of solutions.
• Provide regular updates regarding monthly and quarterly initiatives.
• Track and forecast key account metrics.
• Monitor and analyze customer product usage.
• Identify opportunities to meet customer needs and create additional value.
• Support onboarding and integration of new clients.
