By translating performance data into actionable insights, you will help clients understand their results, optimize their campaigns, and achieve their growth objectives. You will also play a key role in client retention, contract renewals, and identifying opportunities to expand existing partnerships. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a proactive, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys building trusted relationships while driving continuous improvement. You will also contribute to innovative approaches involving AI-powered content, generative search optimization, and evolving digital marketing practices.

Accountabilities

  • Drive client retention and renewals: Proactively manage renewal discussions well ahead of contract expiration, summarize results, and propose strategic plans that demonstrate value and support long-term partnerships.

  • Manage client risks and expectations: Identify potential relationship issues early, navigate sensitive conversations diplomatically, and elevate legal, compliance, or client retention concerns to leadership when appropriate.

  • Identify account growth opportunities: Recognize opportunities to expand services as client needs evolve, collaborating with sales and leadership teams on upselling initiatives, scope adjustments and statements of work (SOWs).

  • Coordinate onboarding and delivery: Lead client onboarding from kickoff through the first reporting cycle, coordinating deliverables across SEO, content, web development and paid marketing teams.

  • Oversee project execution: Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and competing priorities across multiple accounts to achieve timely on-scope work.

  • Maintain project management systems: Coordinate projects within internal platforms and Asana, maintaining task automations, deadline notifications, intake forms and other workflows in partnership with the pod lead.

  • Maintain accurate client records: Keep account information, client status, and statements of work up to date in HubSpot or related customer relationship management systems.

  • Deliver performance reporting: Coordinate reporting for different audiences, from concise monthly updates to executive-level and board presentations, ensuring reports reflect client priorities and business objectives.

  • Translate data into actionable insights: Interpret marketing performance metrics, communicate their business implications, and lead client training sessions that improve understanding of campaign results.

  • Enable client self-sufficiency: Develop practical resources, documentation and materials that help clients understand processes, use available tools and make informed marketing decisions.

  • Integrate AI-driven marketing practices: Incorporate emerging AI capabilities into client strategies, including GEO, AI search optimization, AI-assisted content production and reporting workflows.

Requirements
