Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients and members.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels of client organizations.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, business reviews, and renewal discussions.
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and priorities and align Catapult resources accordingly.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for client success.
  • Monitor client utilization, satisfaction, and overall account health.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to improve engagement and retention.
  • Educate clients on Catapult’s services, resources, and expertise.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and deepen existing client relationships.
  • Partner with Sales and subject matter experts on upselling, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead consultative conversations focused on client needs and business objectives.
  • Help convert individual projects and engagements into longer-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans, engagement activity, and renewal information.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts to support client and account strategies.
  • Share client feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and overall client experience.
  • Participate in account planning, team meetings, and business-development activities.

Position Summary

What You'll Do

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients and members.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels of client organizations.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, business reviews, and renewal discussions.
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and priorities and align Catapult resources accordingly.

Customer Success & Engagement

Travel Requirements

This position is remote-first with periodic travel throughout North and South Carolina for client meetings, business development activities, conferences, company events, and other organizational needs. Applicants must reside in North or South Carolina.
