Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, inside sales, customer success, or logistics customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers, executives, and operational leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• High sense of urgency and ownership.
• Technology proficiency including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Logistics, transportation, courier, healthcare, or supply chain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Build strong relationships and drive customer retention.
• Manage customer inquiries and service issues through resolution.
• Partner with operations to ensure successful delivery execution.
