Job summary

Bridge Specialty Group in Orlando, FL is seeking an Account Manager to support and service customer accounts. The role involves setting up client records, binding and issuing policies, and handling renewals and amendments to ensure accurate coverage and compliance.

You will review applications, manage endorsements and cancellations, and coordinate loss control reports while adhering to quality controls and confidentiality standards.

Reporting to the department leader, individual's primary responsibility is to service customer accounts.

How You Will Contribute:

• Set up New and Renewal client records.
• Bind New and Renewal policies.
• Issue policies as necessary.
• Follow up for missing file documentation (loss runs, applications, etc.).
• Review applications.
• Issue, Invoice and Process endorsement, cancellations, reinstatements, and non-renewals.
• Order loss control reports, follow up for compliance of recs.
• Compliance with Quality Control guidelines.

Licenses and Certifications:

• 2-20 License (within 90 days of employment).

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

• High School or equivalent education.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional telephone demeanor.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
