Job summary

Capstone Search Group seeks an experienced Commercial Insurance Client Manager in the greater San Antonio area to join a growing independent agency's Property and Casualty division.

You will manage an assigned book of business daily, collaborate with sales and leadership to boost retention, and work with vendor partners and client contacts. The role requires a state license and 5-7 years of P&C experience, with CIC/CISR and EPIC experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience with commercial lines property and casualty coverages, products and services.
• State license required
• Professional designations such as CIC, CISR preferred
• Experience working with EPIC strongly desired

Responsibilities

• Daily management of an assigned book of business.
• Interaction with internal and external stakeholders, vendor partners, and client contacts.
• Work closely with sales team and executive leadership to create long term client retention and overall satisfaction
• Immediately assume a book of business and work autonomously

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks
