You will serve as the primary contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term revenue growth through retention, renewals, and expansion.

You will manage site visits, proposals, and account reviews, collaborating with operations to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or related sales roles.
• Experience with CRM software and client relationship management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience preparing estimates, proposals, and contract renewals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for commercial landscape and snow removal accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with property managers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits, meetings, and inspections to ensure service quality.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and renew contracts.
