Account Manager - Commercial Insurance (Remote)

We are seeking a Remote Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team at Superior Insurance Partners. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about building client relationships, collaborates effectively with the sales team to achieve goals, seeks continuous improvement, and demonstrates the value our company provides.

How will you affect the business?

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls effectively.
  • Identify and assess client needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle quoting, endorsements, certificates, and contribute to the renewal process.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open communication.
  • Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate methods/tools.
  • Handle complaints and provide timely solutions, following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
