Building Controls & Solutions (BCS) in Houston, TX, is seeking an Account Manager - Outside Sales to lead revenue growth in the local territory. You will manage contractor, engineer, and integrator relationships, present BCS solutions, and drive pipeline via proactive prospecting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HVAC/building automation sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and MS Office.

Formación

• 3+ years of sales experience in HVAC/building automation or related technical industries.
• Ability to manage sales territory and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contractor channels, MEP systems, and specification-based sales processes.
• CRM proficiency with HubSpot preferred and standard business tools.
• Clear and confident communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed sales and gross profit targets through territory management and account development.
• Customer Engagement: Manage a portfolio of contractors, engineers, and integrators; assess needs and align BCS solutions.
• Business Development: Proactively identify new relationships; build pipeline and generate qualified leads.
• Solution Selling: Present BCS products and services with ROI and performance benefits.
• CRM Proficiency: Use HubSpot to track pipeline, status, and account plans.
• Specification Support: Collaborate with engineers to influence design specifications and bids.
