Base pay range

You are able to drive projects forward — working closely with the account management team on the details, timing, and scheduling of projects. In the absence of instruction, you take initiative to gain clarity and create a path forward.

In this role you will work closely with the leaders of the ERA-co Account Management Brand Experience team to help realize our client’s ambitions and objectives across the regions of Europe and the USA. Most importantly, you will provide positive commitment, optimism and energy and position yourself as an integral team member to help the continued growth of the ERA-co brand.

As an Account Manager for the brand experience team, you will learn how to balance efficiency and creative outputs. You are able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. You’re able to work across multiple teams, clients, timelines and deliverables at once.

You bring your positive energy to this global business through insightful research, thoughtful planning and a general curiosity that helps drive the Account Management business.

The ERA-co Account Manager - Brand Experience role requires you to:

  • Support the Account Directors with research, organization, administrative duties, production, and implementation of Brand Experience projects.
  • Coordinate internal and client meetings (creative kick-offs, weekly client meetings, etc.).
  • Manage database of leads/opportunities and signed projects and oversee the Brand Experience team calendar.
  • Assist with the on-boarding process of new projects by organizing project plans, meetings and resources while helping to establish objectives and setting expectations from the outset.
  • Work with manager to develop and execute all estimates, status reports and timetables, and track budgets. Ensure tasks have clear timings, ownership, and deliverables. Help manage all account activity.
  • Manage projects in our project management solution Streamtime (prior experience not a pre-requisite).
  • Assist in establishing a robust utilization plan for all projects to ensure they are resourced appropriately to align with the delivery commitment.
  • Develop day-to-day relationships with internal teams across various regions to help facilitate the project programs.
  • Understand how art direction shapes creative. Help prepare the work for client presentations.
  • Become familiar with both print and digital aspects of marketing services.
  • Consistently look for better ways of executing the work and managing the strategic and creative process.
  • Be willing to learn new skills and develop abilities that will benefit the company and clients.

Your Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in either Advertising, PR, Marketing and/or Design.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a Design agency, Advertising or Communication agency or consultancy servicing clients and managing projects of similar output.
  • Real Estate or Placemaking experience is a bonus but not a prerequisite. We will teach you.
