  • Experience with union/non-union payroll and understanding payroll flow is highly preferred.

What We Expect From You
  • Respond promptly to support calls and emails via Hubspot with excellent customer service.
  • Manage high ticket volumes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take initiative and demonstrate a self-starter attitude.
  • Assist VIP clients through dedicated Slack channels.
  • Escalate issues to team members when necessary.
  • Participate in onboarding meetings and training for new clients.
  • Lead weekly payroll and crew member webinars.
  • Provide onsite crew support as needed.
  • Participate in UAT testing for new software releases.
  • Use Hubspot help-desk software to log tickets and resolutions.
  • Submit software development requests and bug reports on behalf of users.
  • Promote GreenSlate's mission and encourage environmental consciousness among clients.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of related experience or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Passion for technology, environment, and sustainability.
  • Ability to handle high volumes and work under pressure.
  • Solution-oriented mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for delivering superior customer service.
  • Eagerness to learn GreenSlate platforms.
  • Knowledge of production accounting basics (highly preferred).
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Focused and detail-oriented with payroll experience.
  • Proficiency in digital payroll management solutions.
  • Experience with union/non-union payroll and grossing.
  • Understanding of payroll flow from start to finish.
