Trend Capital Holdings, Inc. is seeking a proactive Account Manager Assistant to support the marketing team and serve as a primary contact for client concerns.

You will learn the Lead Generation space, understand how ad creatives and data drive results, and leverage AI tools to draft communications, summarize reports, and analyze campaigns. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, detail-focused, with basic HTML knowledge and comfort using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and applying them to workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist marketing team with daily tasks.
• Be a point of contact relating to client concerns, needs and optimizations.
• Learn Lead Generation industry and Trend's services.
• Understand how ad creatives and marketing data work together to improve campaign results.
• Leverage AI tools to draft client communications, summarize reports, analyze campaign data, and support ad creative development.
• Stay current on AI capabilities and apply them to client accounts and internal processes.
• Identify current and potential business opportunities within each client account.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet goals and increase profitability.
• Complete onboarding process and paperwork for clients.
• Pull reports and compile data based on KPI's.
• Utilize proprietary platform and other platforms for tech integrations and customizations.

ABOUT THIS JOB

We're looking for a driven Account Manager Assistant to join our team at Trend where marketing and relationships are our top priority.

Ideal candidates will have passion for learning about marketing, technology, and AI, and how they pertain to Trend and its partners. Appetite for growth is essential. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and eager to embrace emerging tools, including AI, to work smarter and deliver better results for our clients. Being a quick learner with a strong technical aptitude will ensure success in this role.

ACCOUNT MANAGER ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist marketing team with daily tasks.
• Being a point of contact relating to client concerns, needs and optimizations.
• Learning to understand Lead Generation industry and service offerings of Trend.
• Learning to understand how ad creatives and marketing data work together to improve campaign results.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, including drafting client communications, summarizing reports, analyzing campaign data, and supporting ad creative development.
• Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and proactively identify opportunities to apply them to client accounts and internal processes.
• Identify current and potential business opportunities within each client account.
• Participate in teamwork with a growth mindset.
• Work with internal teams to meet goals and increase profitability.
• Complete onboarding process and paperwork for clients.
• Pulling reports and compiling data based on KPI's.
• Utilizing our proprietary platform along with other platforms for any tech integrations and customizations.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Team oriented but can be an independent player.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Office suite, and other productivity applications.
• Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and a willingness to integrate them into daily workflows; experience using AI for content creation, data analysis, or campaign optimization is a plus.
• Basic coding skills such as HTML.
• Ability to analyze data, trends, and performance metrics to derive insights and support decision-making processes.
• College degree preferred, not required.
• Being meticulous and thorough in handling data, documentation, and client information to avoid errors and ensure accuracy — including reviewing and fact-checking AI-generated output before it reaches clients.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Aptitude for identifying issues, analyzing situations, and proposing effective solutions to address client needs and challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and terminology can be beneficial for tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
• Driven and proactive.
