Account Manager (Asset Manager)

• $100,000 - $140,000 per annum

Kinekta are partnered with a growing organization that focused on providing Asset Management and O&M services to DG solar IPPs in the US. They are searching for an Account Manager that will be responsible for client relationships, portfolio management, technical and financial asset management of solar assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of DG solar assets (up to 20MW), ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and financial return.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for ongoing support and performance updates.
• Interpret and act on performance data, identifying and resolving technical or operational issues in coordination with O&M providers.
• Oversee third-party service providers, ensuring contractual obligations and SLAs are met.
• Support contract compliance, warranty claims, and performance guarantee enforcement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in asset management, operations & maintenance, account management, or solar construction project management.
• Strong understanding of the technical aspects of solar PV systems, particularly in DG-scale assets.
• Experience with third-party asset management platforms and tools .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
