About the Role We’re looking for a proactive, strategic, and talented Account Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of A2P messaging clients. This is a strategic, client-facing position where relationship building, ownership, and internal collaboration are central to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of A2P messaging clients with a focus on retention and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular account reviews and reporting
  • Collaborate across internal teams to resolve issues and deliver value
  • Identify high-potential accounts and focus on strategic development
  • Share best practices and contribute to the evolution of our account management approach

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of account management experience within the A2P SMS industry
  • A strong network of telecom industry contacts
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in English (required), with Russian as a plus
