Description and Requirements

Responsibilities: include managing Employee Benefits insurance accounts, acting as the primary contact between clients and insurance carriers, educating clients on compliance topics like ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, 5500s, and Health Care Reform, setting up new contracts, managing renewals, developing strategies, cross-selling, conducting client meetings, and processing policy changes. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements: 2+ years in employee benefits or related industry, brokerage experience preferred, Accident & Health license required or to be obtained within three months, strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a detailed understanding of health and ancillary benefit plans.
