Job summary

MegaCorp Logistics seeks an ambitious Account Manager to drive new business and manage client relationships in the fast-growing 3PL sector. You will prospect leads, promote logistics services, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions.

Responsibilities include negotiating rates, analyzing markets, monitoring carrier performance, and guiding the operations team toward data-driven decisions. Training provided and uncapped earning potential through commission.

Qualifications

• Highschool Degree or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Logistics experience and Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business leads.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and carriers.
• Promote logistics services to potential customers.
• Manage operations team and coordinate resources.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities.
• Negotiate rates and terms with shippers and carriers.
• Monitor carrier performance and service levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams on client solutions.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize accounts.
