The Account Manager (US Timezones - CT & MT) will work directly with the Customer Success team lead, representing Bitesize as the main contact for our West Coast customer base. You will be responsible for maintaining a happy customer base and generating high renewal rates. This is a 75% base / 25% variable compensation position with a healthy base salary, benefits, and high rewards for exceeding goals.

Your Mission & Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and proactively increase the success of the user base through email, phone, and text communication.
  • Successfully onboard new customers and support existing customers with technical support and campaign set up.
  • Communicate customer needs to the product team, helping translate needs into solutions.
  • Must be located and available in the CST or MST time zone.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of proven success in a customer success/account management role, especially at a software company serving SMB clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 4-year Bachelors of Science or Arts (B.S. or B.A.) degree
