A leading company in mental health is seeking a passionate team player for a role focused on supporting therapists and enhancing patient care through psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management or customer success and a commitment to high-quality customer care. This remote position offers competitive salary, flexible hours, and opportunities for growth in a collaborative environment dedicated to transforming mental health care.
Journey Clinical is on a mission to transform the growing mental health crisis by accelerating the adoption of frontier treatments that lead to lasting improvements in clinical outcomes. We have built a turnkey healthtech platform to safely and effectively expand access to a powerful modality known as Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, starting with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
Our patient-centered collaborative care model involves licensed psychotherapists in our network providing psychotherapy, while Journey Clinical's in-house medical team manages patient eligibility, treatment plans, and outcome monitoring. Our platform supports psychotherapists passionate about PAP by providing the infrastructure and support needed to become empowered KAP providers, thereby enabling higher standards of patient care and improved clinical outcomes.
We recently closed a successful Series A round led by Union Square Ventures, and are backed by top-tier investors including AlleyCorp, Fifty Years, Able Partners, Gaingels, Palo Santo, PsyMed Ventures, Coalition Operators, Christina Sass (co-founder of Andela), Edvard Engesæth, MD (co-founder of Nurx), and Hans Gangeskar (co-founder of Nurx).
We are committed to building an inclusive and open-minded workplace where you can grow and collaborate with a diverse team of high performers. Our team combines extensive experience in business and healthcare. We are mission-driven, striving to create a stimulating, ethical, rewarding, and fun environment. Together, we are working at the forefront of a groundbreaking field that is reshaping mental health and making a direct impact on people's lives.
We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills, 2-5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales. The ideal candidate is comfortable with data-driven, results-oriented performance metrics, experienced with CRM tools, Google Suite, and sales enablement tools such as Calendly and Sales Msg. A customer-first mindset, deep work ethic, and dedication to high-quality customer care are essential. Comfort working remotely in a fast-paced telehealth startup environment is also required. An interest in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and mental health transformation is important; experience in the mental health industry and licensure as a mental health provider are bonuses.
