Job description

Journey Clinical is on a mission to transform the growing mental health crisis by accelerating the adoption of frontier treatments that lead to lasting improvements in clinical outcomes. We have built a turnkey healthtech platform to safely and effectively expand access to a powerful modality known as Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, starting with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

Our patient-centered collaborative care model involves licensed psychotherapists in our network providing psychotherapy, while Journey Clinical's in-house medical team manages patient eligibility, treatment plans, and outcome monitoring. Our platform supports psychotherapists passionate about PAP by providing the infrastructure and support needed to become empowered KAP providers, thereby enabling higher standards of patient care and improved clinical outcomes.

We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills, 2-5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales. The ideal candidate is comfortable with data-driven, results-oriented performance metrics, experienced with CRM tools, Google Suite, and sales enablement tools such as Calendly and Sales Msg. A customer-first mindset, deep work ethic, and dedication to high-quality customer care are essential. Comfort working remotely in a fast-paced telehealth startup environment is also required. An interest in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and mental health transformation is important; experience in the mental health industry and licensure as a mental health provider are bonuses.

Here's What You'll Do Day to Day:

  • Serve as a driving force and accountability partner for Member Therapists at Journey Clinical.
  • Meet Members where they are and ensure they experience the full value of their membership.
  • Enable therapists' practice activation and deepen engagement in JC services.
  • Share feedback and insights to generate new product ideas and improvements.
  • Collaborate with your manager and cross-functional teams to improve processes, escalate issues, and document responses for better service.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with mental health providers, clinics, and partner organizations.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and engagement of therapists.
  • Confirm completion of key milestones like onboarding, training, peer learning, patient referrals, and session scheduling.
  • Use data workflows to prioritize tasks based on metrics like referral volume and session counts.
  • Monitor the member journey to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with support teams to ensure members have necessary resources.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and mental health data standards.

Success Metrics:

  • Member therapist retention rate
  • Activation rate post-onboarding
  • Number of patient referrals and completed visits
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS)
