As an Account Manager at Frontline Data Solutions, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers maximize the value of our EHS software. You will act as a key link between customers and internal teams, helping to enhance user experience, adoption, and long-term satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs, addressing challenges, and driving engagement through a combination of technical knowledge, relationship-building, and strategic problem-solving.

You will work closely with internal teams, including Account Executives, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

What You'll Do

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and senior executives within industrial organizations.
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and map out high-value accounts to drive account expansion. Prospect into those accounts via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Solution Consultation: Partner with customers to understand their EHS needs, develop tailored solutions, and present value-driven product demonstrations.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain an accurate pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage the sales process through HubSpot tools.
  • Sales Execution: Lead prospects through the entire sales cycle—discovery, demo, solution scoping, and deal closure—within a defined timeframe.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, customer best practices, and competitor offerings to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Provide regular pipeline updates and account insights to internal stakeholders.

Skills You'll Need

  • Account Management: Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of nurturing client relationships, customer retention, and expansion.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working with clients in industrial settings, ideally within the chemical, oil & gas, and/or manufacturing sectors. EHS experience is not required, but preferred.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn and explain complex software.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify customer challenges, analyze data, and develop solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple accounts, coordinating across departments, and ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
