As Account Manager, you'll be the vital link between the organization, the valued Partners (Distributors/Integrators), and customers. You'll own the sale of robots, robotic systems, and related products across your region — a role with real autonomy, real impact, and real earning potential.
Develop and execute a sales plan to hit and exceed sales objectives
Build new direct accounts and Partner relationships while growing existing business
Gather customer specifications and work closely with Proposal and Process Engineering teams to develop accurate, compelling quotes
Secure purchase orders and track project status from start to finish
Serve as the customer's advocate — monitoring satisfaction, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement
Contribute to marketing and advertising strategy development
Support collection efforts on overdue accounts receivable
Represent the company at robotics trade shows, networking with and engaging potential customers
A working understanding of engineering/automation concepts, typically gained through a 2-year college degree
3–5 years of experience in robot sales or broader automation sales
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
A detail-oriented, organized approach that keeps you on top of reporting requirements
