Job summary

Wallace Management Company LLC is seeking an Account Manager to deliver friendly, professional customer service and facilitate loan payments. This role involves assisting customers in person or over the phone, preparing loan documents, and guiding applicants through the application process.

You will build positive relationships, monitor loan statuses, and collaborate with management to maintain branch standards. Occasional travel to branches may be required.

Responsibilities

• Providing quick and friendly customer service in person or over the phone to assist with questions or loan payments.
• Preparing loan documents and guiding applicants through the application process.
• Creating and maintaining positive customer relationships and updating customers on loan status.
• Contacting customers to help them get back on track if they have overdue payments.
• Partnering with management to maintain branch operating standards and growth.

Account Manager Role Responsibilities include:

• Providing quick and friendly customer service either in person or over the phone to assist with questions, or taking and posting loan payments
• Preparing loan documents and managing the application process
• Creating and maintaining positive customer relationships and keeping in contact with our customers regarding their loan status
• Contacting customers to help them get back on track if they have overdue payments
• Partnering with Management to maintain branch operating standards and grow the business

This position may require occasional travel.
