Axis RPO in Greater Scottsdale is seeking ambitious, relationship-driven individuals for a sales-focused role. You will launch a career in sales, business development, or account management by meeting local business owners, presenting our client’s products, and driving the full sales cycle.

This is a full-time, on-site position in the Scottsdale area with comprehensive training. Expect weekly pay, uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, plus clear paths for advancement and ongoing

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or related customer-facing role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

What You'll Do
