Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Open Standard is hiring its first Account Manager to lead onboarding and ongoing engagement with the world’s largest banks, payment companies, and fintechs onto the Open USD platform. You’ll become the main point of contact from signing through integration, launch, and growth, coordinating with product teams at Stripe, Coinbase, Visa, and Mastercard.
You’ll craft tailored growth plans, drive partner-specific transaction projections for year one, and run quarterly reviews with leadership.
Open Standard is on a mission to build the world's best money, starting with the US dollar. We believe money should move the way data does: instantly, globally, at any hour, in any amount. Today, financial transactions are hindered by delays, fees, and inefficiencies that every business must bear. We’re here to change that.
Our flagship product, Open USD, is a stablecoin designed for the internet: programmable, global, and built to reward the businesses that champion its adoption. Launched in close partnership with industry leaders like Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, Coinbase, and Shopify, Open Standard already has over 200 top companies in its network. Our lean team is based in San Francisco and New York and is led by Zach Abrams, who co-founded Bridge (acquired by Stripe for $1.1B) and previously led product at Brex, Coinbase, and Square.
Money is the world's most foundational product. Join us to help redefine it.
As Open Standard’s first Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the world’s largest banks, payment companies, and fintechs onto the Open USD platform. From the day a partner signs, you will become their main point of contact, guiding them through integration, launch, and every stage of future growth. You’ll collaborate closely with product teams at our founding partners, including Stripe, Coinbase, Visa, and Mastercard, whose customers will be among the first to use Open USD.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape Open Standard’s partner experience, take our earliest partnerships live, and convert a network of signed partners into a community of deeply engaged adopters.
Open Standard is headquartered in San Francisco with an office in New York. We’re a small, senior, and entrepreneurial team with high autonomy and trust. If our mission excites you and you meet most of the qualifications, we want to hear from you.
