Hilb Group in Roseland, NJ is seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our office-based team. You will manage a dedicated book of business, gather information, prepare applications, quote, and handle endorsements while maintaining precise file documentation.

You will interact with producers and carriers and stay fluent in company systems and offerings. The ideal candidate is licensed, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be licensed.
• Independent and self-motivated thinker with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Vertafore products a plus.
• Strong written & verbal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AMS360 & ImageRight.

• Information gathering, preparing applications, quoting, renewal marketing, handling endorsements and accurate file documentation, etc.
• Interact and create relationships with producers, and carriers
• Maintain knowledge of all company systems and offerings
