Port Jersey Logistics Network in Richmond Hill, GA is seeking an Account Manager to support and grow our client portfolio in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will manage daily operations, respond to client needs, build carrier partnerships, assist with rate negotiations, and maintain accurate TMS records while working with sales, ops, and accounting.

Qualifications

• Experience in carrier sales/logistics coordination (brokerage background preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Technical savvy with Excel/Outlook; TMS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations – order processing, shipment tracking, documentation.
• Be the go-to contact for clients – provide updates, resolve issues, ensure satisfaction.
• Build strong carrier partnerships – coordinate pickups/deliveries and assist with rate negotiations.
• Solve problems proactively – manage transit delays, accessorials, delivery exceptions.
• Keep data sharp – maintain TMS records, reports, and shipment performance.
• Collaborate with teams – sales, ops, and accounting for seamless service.
• Support growth – assist in business reviews and spotting new opportunities.
• Handle after-hours calls on rotation.
