UNIS in San Diego, CA is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, delivering safe, efficient, high-quality service that meets customer requirements. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading warehouse teams, including staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Demonstrated experience managing inbound, outbound, and inventory-control processes.
• Proven ability to use operational metrics to improve safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and related value-added activities.
• Lead, schedule, and develop the warehouse workforce to meet volume demands, labor productivity targets, and service commitments.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory procedures.
• Monitor operational KPIs—including service, productivity, accuracy, inventory, safety, and cost—and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for customers and management, communicating performance, resolving escalations, and supporting business needs.

Rate of Pay: $85,000 - $115,000/yr

We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team name, where you’ll lead daily warehouse operations to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality service that meets customer requirements. This role is accountable for inbound, outbound, inventory, workforce performance, KPI results, and continuous improvement, while serving as a primary operational contact for customers and company leadership.

Your Impact:

As a Warehouse Manager, you will:

1. Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and related value-added activities.
2. Lead, schedule, and develop the warehouse workforce to meet volume demands, labor productivity targets, and service commitments.

What You Bring to the Table:

Preferred Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
2. Experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) environment supporting multiple customers or accounts.
3. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), labor-management systems, and ERP platforms.
4. Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous-improvement certification or practical experience.
5. Experience leading start-ups, customer implementations, process redesigns, or growth-related operational transitions.
