About The Role

This role involves working with homeowners nationwide on large-scale, high-value home improvement projects. Responsibilities include full-cycle sales (from lead qualification to closing) and project management (remote oversight from start to finish).

Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in time management, seeking a role that combines sales competitiveness with collaborative growth opportunities.

This position can be remote from the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Utah.

What You’ll Do
  • Respond to inbound homeowner leads, advising and consulting to secure their business.
  • Leverage existing network of service providers to match projects with the best fit and value.
  • Create new partnerships with providers outside the network via our Managed Services program.
  • Coordinate multiple home improvement projects, handling outreach, scheduling, and invoicing.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of 25+ leads per month, managing existing accounts and developing long-term strategies.
  • Develop relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Continuously learn and develop skills in sales, project management, vendor relations, and more.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in customer success, sales, or account management at various levels.
  • Comfort with selling via phone, email, and text, with an emphasis on calls.
  • Ability to build and manage a book of business, meet sales and project targets, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Independent worker with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is a plus; familiarity with home services, real estate, ZenDesk, or exceeding quotas is also advantageous but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary of $50,000 + quarterly bonuses, with average earnings of $60,000-$70,000 and top earners exceeding $80,000.
  • Growth opportunities within the Managed Services team, with additional bonuses.
