Grow Sales: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by developing new and existing business following brand guidelines. Follow up on sales leads and identify new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and in-person visits.
Build the Umbra Brand: Identify and place designs in strategic home décor and housewares retailers. Attend tradeshows to raise brand awareness and strengthen market position.
Develop Customer Relationships: Regularly schedule in-person and virtual meetings with key customers. Respond promptly to inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Build Internal Relationships: Communicate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations regarding activity, orders, results, competition, and market concerns.
