Our client, a privately owned national private real estate lender is looking for a Account Manager to act as the bridge between sales and operations

This role is ideal for a motivated, organized sales professional who’s ready to quarterback loans once they are signed. Need to be organized but also not afraid to pick up the phone to solve problems.

Requirements :

• 1+ years of sales associate experience
• Understanding of lending/PE/credit would be a PLUS
• Used to a fast-paced environment
• Be proactive and able to pick up the phone to help clients out - Used to being behind a computer all day

Role Responsibilities :

• AMs are the bridge between sales and ops.
• They quarterback the loan after the term sheet is signed and take the loan through processing into underwriting and eventually clear to close.
• Need to be organized but also not afraid to pick up the phone to solve problems.
• Create the best customer experience measured by the borrower while increasing wallet share of the customer
