Diverse CTI is an Oklahoma-based technology company that has been helping businesses with IT and business communications since 1984. We’re a small team, we work hard, we have fun, and we take care of our customers. We take this all VERY seriously.
We can teach you our systems, services, processes, and technology.
What we can't teach is showing up on time, taking ownership, paying attention to details, communicating well, following through, and genuinely caring about doing a great job.
If that sounds like you, we should probably talk.
This is a unique role because you become an important connection between our customers and our internal team.
You will, however, learn the products and services we offer so you can recognize when a customer may need something, whether that’s a technology upgrade, new equipment, additional services, a project, or simply some help figuring out what comes next.
Your job is to know your accounts, communicate with customers, stay ahead of details, and help make sure things don’t fall through the cracks.
Some days you’ll be preparing quotes. Other days you’ll be coordinating a project, updating account information, reviewing services, scheduling meetings, helping prepare customer reports, or working with our technical team to get something handled.
And yes, sometimes you’ll help coordinate a lunch or customer meeting.
Basically, you’re the person who helps keep the customer relationship moving in the right direction.

Seriously though, you don’t need to walk in knowing everything about managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud technology, or business phone systems. We can teach you.
But you DO need to be comfortable with technology and curious enough to learn more about it.
You should also be:
If you have zero interest in technology, hate talking to people, or need someone constantly reminding you what needs to be done, this probably isn’t the job for you.
But if you like helping people, solving problems, learning new things, and being part of a team that expects a lot from each other, you might fit right in.
