MadBroad Media in New York is seeking an Account Manager to own client relationships from discovery calls through campaign delivery. You will work on street interview campaigns for national brands, coordinating with creative and production teams.
The role requires 3–5 years in account management at an advertising or paid-media agency, fluency with presenting plans, and comfort with performance data. This is an in-person, full-time position based in our buzzing NYC office.
MadBroad Media is a street interview creative agency in New York. Our interviewers film real people reacting to our clients' products in cities and college towns nationwide, and we cut that footage into ads optimized for conversion on Meta.
Come work with us if you dream about, in no particular order:
Our clients already have a marketing strategy and are already running ads. We work with each client to design a street interview campaign to run on Meta. You own that client relationship from the first call to the performance review.
It starts with the discovery call, where you learn the client's business: the problem they came to us with, their scale, their niches, their geographies, their product, and what has worked for them so far. From there you develop and present the campaign plan: the big angle, the concept angles, the deliverables, the targets, and the timeline.
Once the campaign runs, you oversee execution and delivery. You track the timeline from first concepts through shoots, weekly deliveries, and revisions, and you handle client feedback on every round. You track performance against the targets, run the performance review, and update the strategy with the creative team.
$80,000 to $150,000 a year, depending on experience.
Over time, the role can take on more leadership as our account team scales.
