Job description

About CollegeWalk

CollegeWalk Media is a street interview creative agency in New York. Our interviewers film real people reacting to our clients' products in cities and college towns nationwide, and we cut that footage into ads optimized for conversion on Meta.

Who should apply

Come work with us if you dream about, in no particular order:

  • Running the room on a client call.
  • Pitching insane video concepts.
  • Owning the client relationship behind a campaign.
  • Working for household consumer brands.
  • Running nationwide marketing campaigns.
  • Working out of a buzzing NYC office.
  • Producing iconic video ads.
The role

Our clients already have a marketing strategy and are already running ads. We work with each client to design a street interview campaign to run on Meta. You own that client relationship from the first call to the performance review.

It starts with the discovery call, where you learn the client's business: the problem they came to us with, their scale, their niches, their geographies, their product, and what has worked for them so far. From there you develop and present the campaign plan: the big angle, the concept angles, the deliverables, the targets, and the timeline.

Once the campaign runs, you oversee execution and delivery. You track the timeline from first concepts through shoots, weekly deliveries, and revisions, and you handle client feedback on every round. You track performance against the targets, run the performance review, and update the strategy with the creative team.

What you'll do
  • Run discovery calls to understand each client's business, current marketing, winners and competitor winners, niches, geographies, and product.
  • Develop each campaign plan with the creative strategist and copywriter, and present it to the client: the big angle, concept angles, deliverables, targets, and timeline.
  • Oversee execution and delivery: first concepts, shoots, weekly deliveries, and revisions.
  • Track timelines and keep every campaign on schedule.
  • Own client communications as the day-to-day contact.
  • Handle client feedback on concepts, scripts, and cuts, and route revisions to the creative and production teams.
  • Track performance against the campaign targets and update the strategy accordingly.
  • Run performance reviews and strategy calls with clients.
  • Implement processes that let us scale our account team over time.
  • Manage multiple clients at once and participate in new business pitches.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years in account management at an advertising, creative, or paid-media agency.
  • Experience running client calls and presenting campaign plans.
  • Experience managing production timelines and client revisions.
  • Comfortable reading ad performance data and turning it into next steps.
  • Able to work full-time, in person, in New York.
