About The Role

This role involves working with homeowners nationwide on large-scale, high-value home improvement projects. Responsibilities include full-cycle sales, from qualifying leads to closing sales, and project management, remotely overseeing projects to completion.

Success requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent time management. This position offers a chance to contribute to a rapidly growing business line.

  • Remote work is possible from AZ, AR, CO, IN, IA, KS, KY, MO, MT, NV, NM, TX, UT
What You’ll Do
  • Respond to inbound leads, advise homeowners, and secure their business
  • Leverage existing network and create new partnerships with service providers
  • Coordinate multiple projects, handling outreach, scheduling, and invoicing
  • Manage a pipeline of 25+ leads per month, maintaining and growing existing accounts
  • Build relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Continuously learn and develop skills in sales, project management, and vendor relations
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in customer success, sales, or account management
  • Comfort with selling via phone, email, and text
  • Ability to build and manage a book of business
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with good time management
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Additional skills like Excel, real estate knowledge, ZenDesk, or quota attainment are a plus
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary of $50,000 plus quarterly bonuses, with average earnings of $60,000-$70,000 and top earners exceeding $80,000
