Role Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and close new client onboarding projects within target timeframes.
  • Analyze financial, business, and legal documents to configure the platform to meet client needs.
  • Communicate process, procedures, and status with internal staff and clients.
  • Develop process improvements and efficiency strategies.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by the manager.
