Job summary

Wax Eloquent in Murfreesboro, TN seeks an Account Manager to be the main touchpoint for 7–10 client accounts, translating goals into clear direction for our team and coordinating with producers and two other account managers.

You will own daily client communications, manage projects in Asana, lead weekly meetings, build lasting relationships, and report to the owner with a weekly 1:1.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account, client services, or project management (agency preferred).
• Strong written communication.
• Confidence leading client meetings.
• Sharp eye for detail.
• Organized across many clients at once; Asana a plus.
• Direct but caring feedback style.

Responsibilities

• Daily: Own all client communication; bring in specialists when needed.
• Assign and manage projects and tasks in Asana.
• Answer team questions and relay exactly what the client wants.
• Quality-check every deliverable before it goes out.
• Run the feedback loop until the client is happy.
• Present each team member's priorities in the morning meeting.
• Weekly & Monthly: Lead client meetings, in person and virtual; always have the next one booked.
• Track every project start to finish and update clients at milestones.
• Learn each client's business and goals, then turn them into project direction.
• Build lasting client relationships.
• Team Culture: Check in with the team; ensure support and workload clarity.
• Bring team feedback to your weekly 1:1 with the owner.

THE ROLE

• Main point of contact for 7–10 client accounts, from first conversation to final approval.
• Turn client goals into clear direction for our team.
• Manage our producers alongside two other account managers, with a Monday sync on priorities and timelines.
• Report directly to the owner, with a weekly 1:1 with Wes.
