• At least 2 years of experience managing landscape maintenance crews and working directly with customers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build trust with clients
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A degree in a related field is preferred, but not required - experience and passion go a long way

Responsibilities

• Lead Your Team: Manage and support landscape maintenance crews, creating clear schedules, assigning resources, and keeping operations running smoothly.
• Own the Customer Experience: Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular site visits, ensuring expectations are not just met but exceeded.
• Drive Quality & Safety: Train crews on best practices, enforce safety standards, and maintain a professional, safe environment for employees and clients.
• Grow the Business: Identify site improvement opportunities, collaborate with sales teams on proposals, and follow up to win and deliver enhancement projects.
• Manage Budgets & Reporting: Track hours, expenses, and revenue weekly while helping the branch hit financial goals.
• Maintain Equipment: Oversee the care, maintenance, and repairs of assigned equipment to keep crews productive.
