## About the RoleRiverhead Financial Partners is seeking experienced, high-performing sales professionals to join our team as **Account Managers**.The Account Manager is a **producing leadership role** responsible for managing, training, and developing a team of Junior Sales Advisors while continuing to originate and close transactions independently.As an Account Manager, you’ll oversee your team’s day-to-day sales performance, provide hands-on coaching, assist with deal strategy and execution, and ensure your advisors build and maintain strong relationships with their existing client accounts.This role extends beyond closing transactions. Account Managers are responsible for developing a **relationship-driven team** that stays engaged with clients after funding, identifies future financing needs, and builds a portfolio of long-term relationships that generates repeat business.Account Managers earn commission on **both their personally funded transactions and qualifying transactions funded by the Junior Sales Advisors on their team**, creating an opportunity to build income through both individual production and team performance.## What You’ll Do* Lead and manage a team of Junior Sales Advisors* Train new advisors on Riverhead’s products, processes, technology, and sales methodology* Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback* Monitor individual and team pipelines, activity, conversion, and production* Conduct regular pipeline reviews and identify opportunities requiring additional attention* Help Junior Sales Advisors evaluate opportunities and structure appropriate financing solutions* Assist team members with complex transactions, negotiations, objections, and closing strategies* Establish performance expectations and hold team members accountable to their goals* **Ensure Junior Sales Advisors maintain and strengthen relationships with existing client accounts after funding*** **Oversee client retention efforts across your team and ensure advisors remain engaged with their
