Job Title: Account Manager (Contract)

  • Training: On-site in Knoxville, TN (first month)
  • Post-Training: Remote – Work from Home (Eastern Time Zone)

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Pay Rate: $17/hr. -$19/hr.

Position Summary:

We are seeking two contract Account Managers to support the implementation and maintenance of products and services for moderately complex client accounts. This role involves a high level of client interaction via phone and email and requires the ability to navigate internal systems, understand procedures, and apply judgment when resolving exceptions.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills, along with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute the onboarding and maintenance process for clients.
  • Ensure the timely collection of required documentation and completion of set-up specifications.
  • Serve as the main point of contact during implementation, maintaining professional communication.
  • Use sound judgment to manage exceptions or escalated client issues.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, banking, or real estate.
  • Proven success working in roles requiring high client engagement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be available for in-office training in Knoxville, TN for the first month.
